Strategy Management

Strategy Management in Business and Administrative Services (BAS) is a disciplined effort to produce fundamental decisions and actions that shape and guide what our organization is, what it does, and why it does it, with a focus on the future.

BAS employs a wide range of tools including customer surveys, an annual staff climate survey, strategy maps, scorecards, the Balanced Scorecard framework of performance management and the Lean methodology of process improvement.

All are designed to help us strategically improve our operations and transform our culture by empowering our most important asset, our people.

BAS employs a Strategy Management Team consisting of a representative from each department. The team's mission is to support the development, alignment, communication and tracking of strategies within BAS units.
