Process Perspective

The internal Process Perspective describes specifically how we will achieve Excellent Customer Service and how we can Manage our Resources Effectively.

Examples of our Process Perspective strategic objectives are: continuously improve key processes, create new ways of doing business, and develop partnerships with strategic customers/vendors.

BAS has employed the Six Sigma methodology of process improvement and is currently employing Lean.
