Investing in our people through learning and growth helps to ensure a solid foundation for increasing productivity, responsiveness, quality and customer service.
BAS employs a "workplace climate" survey to highlight areas where attention is needed to achieve our goal of Making It Better for all of our staff.
The survey is one of the metrics we use:
- to systematically assess current organizational strengths and weaknesses from the point of view of our staff;
- to establish a baseline of data upon which to measure future gains; and
- to inspire improvement
