Business and Administrative Services (BAS) consists of the AVC-BAS (Associate Vice Chancellor, Business and Administrative Services) Immediate Office, including the Office of Continuity Planning the Office of Marketing and Business Outreach, and the following departments:

- Document Services
- Library Bindery
- Mail Services
- Printing Services
- Parking & Transportation
- Recreational Sports
As the Business Services supervisor, Denise Clogston oversees payroll, accounting, and other sectors within the business unit. She has been with the UC system for about six and a half years, of which the past year and a half has been spent with the Parking and Transportation Department.
